Navistar Expands Its Aftermarket Truck Parts Brand

Navistar Inc. has expanded the retail footprint of its aftermarket truck parts brand Fleetrite to 31 locations, the company announced April 13.

Fleetrite offers aftermarket truck and bus parts for a wide range of makes and models. The expansion was made possible through a partnership with Navistar’s International truck and IC Bus dealer networks. Navistar said the Fleetrite store footprint offers customers access to an expansive line of products to help them improve operations.

“Being front-and-center for our customers with over 100 product lines that cover around 90% of all vehicles on the road is vital to aiding in sufficient uptime,” said Chintan Sopariwala, group vice president of parts at Navistar. “When visiting a Fleetrite location, customers can see the true breadth of product options available.”

Sopariwala added that the company has plans to open additional retail locations through collaboration with its dealers.

Navistar said it exceeded its goal of 20 store openings last year, and is on track to have 50 Fleetrite locations by 2025. Fleetrite also has 16 new product launches planned for 2022.

Kyrish Truck Center took on the majority of the newest locations, including Texas locations in Austin, Bryan, Houston, Pharr, San Antonio, Temple and Victoria. Arkel Motors is providing a location in New Windsor, N.Y.

In Canada, Dawson International Truck Centres is hosting two locations in British Columbia while International Rive Nord has two locations in Quebec. Summit Truck Group is hosting a location in Alberta.

“We are really excited to be a part of Fleetrite,” Kyrish Truck Center President Duane Kyrish said. “It is a great opportunity for us to better serve new customers in our market more efficiently. As prices keep rising, Fleetrite has given our team the opportunity to offer superior value by providing high-quality, cost-competitive parts.”
