Blackstone Resources: appoints David Batstone as new CEO and transfers
battery division to Blackstone Technology Holding AG

BAAR, Switzerland 15.02.2022. Blackstone Resources AG (SWX; symbol BLS, ISIN
CH0460027110) is pleased to announce that the battery division of the operating business of
Blackstone Resources AG has been transferred to the newly established Blackstone
Technology Holding AG, Baar. “We have decided to contribute and combine Blackstone
Technology GmbH with the production, research and development of the 3 D printing
technology with Blackstone Technology Holding AG, Baar, a 100% subsidiary of Blackstone
Resources AG. In doing so, we are giving the Battery Division of Blackstone Technology more
autonomy and more possibilities for future investments,” says CEO Ulrich Ernst.
David Batstone has been named as the new CEO of Blackstone Technology Holding AG. He
will take over the management of the company with immediate effect. We are proud to

to businesses and non-profits alike, David shares his unique model for developing successful

directors of Relocity, American Battery, ReCharge Global and Hydra Energy. He is a Phd and
a Professor Emeritus at the School of Management, University of San Francisco, and was
previously an investment banker in the technology industry.
David has authored five books, is the recipient of two national journalist awards, and was
named National Endowment for the Humanities Chair at the University of San Francisco`s
School of Management for his work in technology and ethics.
